FOR THE RECORD..the u haul services were great! The truck was clean , the people were friendly and very very helpful. That said i have a VERY serious issue with the labor services they offer. Please DO NOT offer labor services unless you are going to stand by and back up the services. I paid for ithe labor services when it was offered to me by the Uhaul representative over the phone and I am highly regretting this! These people did not show up on time and when one of them FINALLY showed up (an hour and a half late) it was just him. I had paid for 2 people for 4 hours. Only 1 showed up 90 minutes late. No one would answer my phone calls and I didn't receive a text giving me any kind of update. The MOST unprofessional service ever.

Rented a truck here, asked the agent helping me how much each additional day would cost in the event I needed to keep the truck one day extra. She (and the other man who was sitting at the register next to her) both immediately responded and said that each additional day would cost $40. Thought that was reasonable, so I decided to keep the truck one additional day beyond the initial contract. When we asked how to go about returning the truck to a location that was labeled as a “neighborhood dealer,” she said, “You just drop it off.” Never mentioned anything about an app, after hours fees, and lied about a one hours grace period. To my surprise, when I pulled up to the location listed as the drop-off at 1:30PM NO ONE was around. There were no instructions posted anywhere, no information, nothing to indicate that Uhaul even operated there other than a few other parked trucks. Called this location and was put on hold over 20 minutes while I frantically tried to figure out the return process. Called Uhaul customer service when no one picked up the line in Cat City and waited another 30 minutes to be told I needed to download an app, take several pictures, and find the drop-box for the keys. I sat in a parking lot for over and hour and a half trying to figure out the process and when I finally finished my truck was over an hour and a half late. Who would’ve thought? I was charged $140 dollars extra because the person who helped me rent this truck did nothing to explain the return process, withheld that there was a DAILY insurance rate, misinformed me about a 1 hour grace period, and was not forthcoming about the actual cost for each day the truck was late. I was charged $100 more than I expected to pay Uhaul. You guys should be ashamed for taking advantage of people in this economy and if this isn’t made right, I won’t be returning. I have been a loyal Uhaul customer for over 40 years. $100 is nothing to this company, but it is everything to an elderly woman.

Everything went great. I sold my large Palm Springs house and bought a condo. The condo sellers recommended Eddie Rivero as an excellent and reasonable local mover and he in turn recommended the Cat City U-haul to rent a truck. It all went very well.

The store clerk, Rodrigo was knowledgeable and so helpful. The truck was so nice, only 3K miles on it and was easy to drive. Had CarPlay too! Super nice. The drop box key return made things effortless and stress-free.

It was a surprisingly positive experience renting a utility trailer and an appliance dolly from this U-Haul location. The staff were very friendly and attentive. I've had mediocre experiences in the past at other U-Haul locations, so this was a really pleasant surprise. Would definitely recommend this location for equipment rental.

I was dropping off trailer with no one in sight. After unhitching myself I drove around looking for worker. Found two of them having a cigarette break where they can't be seen or see the lot. After joking with them for hiding, the girl started yelling and charging at my vehicle. Very professionally. I just wanted to be sure they checked in my trailer. I complained to corporate and the end result is I'm banned from this location. I've used them weekly for years and thought I could joke with them. The girl is a new employee, all are, and I guess her story was better than mine. Now using other locations never to return.
