Checked in at 10735 ocean mist, have truck and trailer plate numbers. About 30 mins later i got called to door, drive to 11296 Blackie and back in. Remove your load locks before docking. Easy and quick.

Arriver here late 1.40 minutes than appointment they reject to load say make new appointment. We made new appointment next day for 07.15.2022 at 2 PM. Than I checked in 11 Am. Lots of time ask by phone is my product ready, say we are wating product. After 5.00 pm get call for door meas 3.00 hr late. So what we need to do with this sipper. Their is no 0 star option. Other wise I give 0 or -10. LOADING done in 26 hrs.

Company service is too good
Last night i came here either they provided me parking or unloading timing was sharp morning 9o'clock but they made me free at 7 as guy let me check in early morning

The company here is totally useless my appointment was on 19th May at 9 pm and they sent the load the next day at 5 pm and the behaviour of the staff is not good

Check In office for shipping is 10735 Ocean Mist Parkway. Castroville CA. Dnt miss your appointment they won’t load you. I was late 1:30 minutes ..got held at Nunas cooling forever. They load fast once you get dock door. Green light go to shipping office for bills dnt wait for ph call. Also Dock Door Has Concrete Side. They’re TESTING Your Skills. GOD Bless Swift driver if they ever come here.

First of all they gave us confirmed appointment then when we arrived here then they said the customer is incorrect/invalid then they said your product is not available you will get soon we waited almost more then 30 hours then they gave us the load and also they soo rude. Whenever you got load pickup from here try to avoid.
