We could not be happier working with SCM!

Our organization works with many volunteers and clients, so safety is a top priority for us. SCM was referred to us by a local nonprofit, and we will never need to look for another safety compliance and training company – SCM does it all.

Their trainings are thorough and informative, with a great balance of lecture and hand-on learning. Our trainer (shoutout Rick!) was well versed in the information, and was dynamic and engaging without losing sight of the material.

Along with the trainings, SCM has provided top-tier service when it comes to helping us create and update our Safety Policy & Procedures and our Emergency Action Plan. They are thorough when it comes to creating the best procedures for our org's specific needs.

Just took HAZWOPER 40 last week with them and couldn't have been more pleased with the class. Our instructor Rick was super engaging and made the class fun and interesting, in spite of the regulatory nature of the course. The material was a good mix of videos, slides, and interactive/hands-on exercises, and taking quick breaks every hour also helped. Rick was flexible with the class's wants and needs and was a great resource when we had questions or wanted clarification on whatever we were covering. Nice building in a safe/quiet area, and clean large open room with plenty of space; good learning environment for sure. Support staff was friendly as well, and I hope I get sent here next year for my refresher training!
