1st experience was not good at all as they were no reply or response on my emails at all , I had to travel from Germany to San Francisco to get the medicine myself.

2nd experience, they answered the phone call from the US mobile they kept me on waiting for a while but they called me back within an hour.

In the company location the people was nice and I picked up my medicine myself.

Off course its stressful and not easy to fly 15 hrs flight due to no clear international communication channel only easier if you are inside US to call and wait the call back.

I really wish for better and clear communication in the future.

Regarding shipping to EU as their own experience it will not be less than 10 days and off course can go longer up to destination internationally.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. This company placed an order and shipped something that I had previously ordered, when I did not place this most recent order. As soon as I received an email that an order was placed, I attempted to call them but they did not answer, so I left a voicemail message. The following day, I did not get a response, so I emailed them. Again, no response to either my voicemail or email. Called them again the next day, and finally got in touch with someone, who told me that I would have to contact USPS to have it rerouted (even USPS said the shipping company would have to call them to have it rerouted back). So I called Healthy Pets again, and they simply said they weren't willing to do anything about it. To add insult to injury, they told me that they would be charging a 25% restocking fee if I were to return it. SERIOUSLY?! I DIDN'T EVEN ORDER IT TO BEGIN WITH!!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE, and I will never, EVER order from them again! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!

Great pet pharmacy. Despite the distance to my location, the medication arrived in three days from west to east coast. I use Healthy Pet pharmacy once before and look like I will be using their services in the future.
Great service, huge selection of over the counter medication's.
Thanks for all you do for the pet and the owners.
Here is my, three months and now 15 years old Hungarian Vizsla “Saba”, and six years old Coonhound “Maya”

Do NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! They promise to cancel your order and they don't!! I called and spoke to Shaun who stated my order was cancelled, it was NOT! I messaged them online and they said they CANNOT promise they can cancel it, even though I called the day before, and was told it was cancelled!! I literally said I have all screenshots and will be reporting them of the conversation... Guess what, my order got cancelled and yet no refund?! I put in a dispute with PayPal and also my bank!! Be aware of this company!! They will NOT REFUND YOU even though you get a cancelled email!! They're a SCAMMER!! My bank is now following up on this FRAUD company!

Difficult customer service experience. I ordered a product one month ago, was charged on my credit card and no delivery. Company says it was sent out, tracking info they give me is not usable…. Doesn’t tell me where the product is or who to contact. I’m out over $200 in product I doubt I’ll ever receive. Company hasn’t responded to any follow up emails.

I've attempted to cancel my subscription three different times and was just charged yet again. The website chat never works, and they don't respond to emails. Don't waste your money on this Horrible company.

This company needs help! I placed an order on 8/25/23. I wasn't told the product was out of stock. I called several times to get information. After leaving 2 vm & finally getting a supervisor through online chat, I was told the shipment would be expedited and I'd be updated by email. My order still has not arrived & I never heard from the supervisor, Sean. According to Fed Ex, the shipment is stuck in Arkansas. It's not worth dealing with this company! Read the lower rating reviews, order fulfillment is a consistent problem.

I ordered an item and paid for expedited shipping. Five days later, on the day it was to be delivered, I got an email stating it was backordered. I gave one star as they do not allow a negative value. Will not shop here again.
