I have gone to this place for many years. They have excellent customer service. What I love the most about this place, they are super honest and you get the best possible price for your jewelry. Any time you bring in your dirty jewelry they clean it free of charge. They often have great deals. I love those 😍☺️.. I would definitely recommend checking them out before anyother jewelry store in the mall…

I love going to The Diamond Ring Company at Southland Mall in Hayward specifically to meet with Diane. She made my experience in finding my wedding ring fun and special. The gentleman‘s customer service was excellent. It was very quick. I did not have to spend a lot of time in the store and he was very patient and very professional. I find an appreciation for people that have patience and they have professionalism.
