This was a place I hoped to retire from, but couldn't get past the HR director. I won't go into details with her out of respect for the owners', Tim and Ike. It's a great place to work if you can avoid HR as much as possible. The dispatchers are ok. They have a good rotation with their trucks and they look good rolling down the highway. They pay by percentage and I made steady income. Ike and Tim are open for good ideas and accommodated me well. Again, if you can look past one individual, it just might work.

So be aware and read the rate conf when booking a load with this company because you will pay fee for EFS to unload their shipment or for pallets exchange. 2.5 charge for EFS check advance for THEIR expenses! they forgot to specify in Rate Conf!!!!

Well, my carrier got paid but man this felt like double broker scam. Unprofessional, added charges, on and on. A lot of others up here refuse to load them and finding out driving for them isn't great.
