Horrible experience. attempted to delivery item damaged. Item refused. Later they said they must delivery to file a claim. Second attempt, they didn't show up the entire day of delivery (I'm 30 miles away!). They apologized and Steve Thompson said they'd redeliver to make up for the inconvenience with me not there to unload. The apparently pushed the engine off the back of truck, the pallet was smashed and the engine's valve cover was completely broken off. THEN they charge me for liftgate service! emails to 'Steven' go unanswered. Complete rip off. Paid for delivery, they damaged the engine TWICE and charged me TWICE for the privilege of their incompetence.

Every time we have a delivery its never here on time said. And our loading is straight back and a easy straight out , but your drivers well not bring any delivery to our loading dock. So I am assuming your drivers are not experienced enough to drive straight back and straight out., Very sad service

What a joke this place is! Called early in the day, about 10:30am, and had it so that I could pick up my package in Milwaukee and was told to call at 4am. Called at 4am and it’s already on a truck to go to Neenah location where no one is there to unload anything! Washed my entire day adjusting my schedule to be able to get my package and I took off of work to do so and now it’s for nothing! Beyond angry and would never suggest this shipping company to anyone!
