Had an import product on a huge pallet, they uncrated the product for me, and transferred to a smaller pallet for me so I could fit it on a trailer, their attention and kindness to customers is unmatched compared to other warehouses. Everyone is very respectful and friendly They also went above and beyond at explaining how the paperwork had to go for this product. Thanks to Angela Winkler also thanks To the Manager and to their Forklift Drivers.

One of their semidriv1 aweers nearly killed us in the kwik trip parking lot on ryan rd and 13 st in oak creek Wisconsin trying to exit onto 13th.This truck came flying at least 40 mph from behind the building to try and beat the light before it changed red. Then gave us a look like we were wrong when we had no idea he was coming that fast from behind the building. We called customer service safety department.

Tina Currier has very poor customer service skills. After arranging a pickup for a specific date, she never informed the people within her office of the scheduled pickup. So when I arrived at the time me and Tina agreed upon, the employee had no clue of the current pickup.And stated I don't think we even have anyone to load you up at this time. I need to call Tina to see what's going on. She called and did not get an answer and was waiting for a call back. Then I tried to pay my remaining balance and the lady stated she can not run credit cards need to wait for Tina. I was like fine, what time will she be here? I don't know stated the lady. So I said I will have to leave and go to work and gave contact information for Tina when she arrived.

Tina never called. So at 9am I called and she was extremely rude. Saying that the lady never told me they don't have anyone to load the truck and that I just left and went to work because I did not want to wait until she arrived. Which is not the case. I was not going to wait when they had no idea of arrival, and already hax a scheduled pickup time. Also all this could have been prevented, simple by relaying the message of pickup.

Tina is extremely unprofessional, and for my company all further transportations will be handled by a different transportation company.

Easy to reach there from I-94 to Drexel, proceed eastbound and turn left to 10th St. They actually have another warehouse on the next driveway. Overnight parking, fast unloading and friendly staff.
