By far one of the worst companies we have received a shipment from. #1 They are 5 hours one way from my business - They never communicated about a delivery - They just showed up Monday. Came down our road and decided he would not come down the final road (we receive and send shipments on semi regularly with no issue.) Calls a number he has listed. Does not get an answer and leaves - 5 hours back to their location! Yet someone is in the office! I then get an email stating they want to charge me $120 to deliver again. I said I would come get it and that is when I found out it would be a 10 hour drive! So, I express my discontent and agree to the fee. I make it very clear I need a call 1 hour before delivery. I also make it very clear I need them to call my number since I am in office and the listed number is my bosses. I want to know he is on the way so he doesn't just come to the end of my road and leave again. Guess who shows up with no call - 15 mins before our 4 hour delivery window! Guess what number he calls when he gets to the end of my road, refusing to come down it THE BOSS! Then when I do get up to unload it the delivery guy was just crabby! No smile. No hi. Nothing. Just looks at me like he would like to stick a knife in my face. I take a look at the BOL - Guess what? HUGE GIANT WORDS _ "MUST CALL 1 HR PRIOR AND MY DAMN PHONE NUMBER!!

American home shield contacted this company to deliver a ac system. We've called multiple times to schedule delivery with them only to be told 1 person is able to do this and the would call back and never do. It's been weeks and still no shipment. Flat out terrible service. Maybe now they will follow up

NM and their driver were absolutely amazing to work with! From the delivery set up to the follow up call customer service was excellent. My driver was punctual, had no problem with the driveway (most drivers makes me feel guilty for getting a delivery) and helped right up until my pallet was in the garage. I am beyond impressed and thankful they were contracted.

This is the worst shipping service I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Persistent issues, never delivers during our shipping and receiving hours, has created significant losses for the companies I work with time and time again. I unfortunately will be moving solely to Valley Brewers Supply because they have their own truck fleet that delivers on time, reliably.

I’ve used this company for three different businesses in the past 5 or so years. Once, the driver took down a power line. Later, another driver shoved a pallet upside down off of the truck at a neighboring business and just drove off without calling, and most recently they failed to make a delivery appointment and charged me redelivery. When I called (the driver said they’d been dropping the ball on actually scheduling deliveries and must have forgotten again), they said they didn’t know we needed an appointment which is inaccurate - we have required appointments which they are failing to make. I am updating my preferences to no longer utilize n&m.
