Worse service ever, my appointment was at 10 am and i arrived at 9:46 am i believe with my baby cousin, i had came in and told the clerk why i was there, she then asks for my ID and i had told her respectfully to give me one minute since i’m trying to put on a show for my baby cousin on the phone so he can stay still and for the service to go smoothly, after that she then continued to say “ can i see your ID” i’m annoyed at that point because i’m trying to make things easier with my baby cousin while she’s demanding my ID, i understand she needed to see it but i was clear on giving me a minute because the child is more important. i’ve been there before with my cousin a year or two ago and she was rude before as well since she didn’t speak loud enough on the date of birth i should’ve known she was the same.

Stay away. Very dishonest women. She will hang up mid conversation. Has no knowledge of any questions asked of her. Made the process of getting my license take several more months due to her hanging up when she doesn't want to handle your request.

Just Me

I went there to have fingerprints done, and the lady was so rude to me just because my hands shook due my having anxiety. I appreciate her doing the service, but she needs to learn to have a more compassionate attitude. I'm sure she wouldn't want to be treated that way.

You have exceeded my expectations as a customer and have repeatedly provided me with amazing service!
I have only good things to say about this place and the staff there.
I called FDL to gather information on how to get thing shipped to Jamaica. The Lady who answered the phone was very polite, patient with my many questions and helpful. She explained everything clearly and assisted me through the whole process. She is a strong, selfless, caring, no nonsense person that goes out of her call of duty to assist customers depending on there needs.
I have nothing, but love and respect for you Laurel! Thank you for being the reflection of excellent customer service, and the sweet lady that you are. You're an angel, keep up the good work ?!

We arrived on time for our appointment and were immediately greeted with what I could only describe as pure aggression from the woman at the front desk. I'm not sure exactly what we did wrong, but from the moment we arrived it was made clear that we weren't welcome. She was rude, snide, and found every avenue to throw an inappropriate comment towards us, and we were only there for 15 minutes. I would implore anyone seeking the service offered here to look elsewhere. The employee who is your only point of contact does not want you there, does not want your business, and will take every step possible to ensure you know that. I cannot fathom how the business has managed to continue operating in such an unprofessional manner, but hopefully this review will do both parties a favor and prevent any new customers from entering the building. After all, they didn't seem to want us there in the first place.

This place is a ripoff. They should not be authorized to offer Identego Services. I walked in at 12:28, and they told me no that they closed at 12:30 and even though I was there before 12:30 they still told me no. Also employee refused to indentify herself and told me her boss could override the 12:30
Deadline but she chose not to.

Now after reading the other customer reviews I am going to take a wild guess and say that the business owner will jump on here with the same belligerence, finger pointing and refusal to accept responsibility they they give to everyone else.
