Jeremy delivered a Generac generator to my home today. He handled the large (900 pound) parcel with ease and care. I was so relieved to get this delivery completed, it could not have gone better. Was asked to sign for package before it was even off the truck, did that and was a huge mistake trusting that the package was intact and in good condition. When I was able to check package by my garage door where I had asked them to leave it. The box had a big hole on the corner and product was cracked. Don't ever sign without inspecting the package. Huge mistake giving them the benefit of the doubt.
