I asked if they go strictly by appointment shack guard reply it all depends on the manpower if they can they will receive you early. I got lucky and was received two hours before appointment as soon as I got into my dock light turn red unhook pull forward and waited, after green light hook back up and go for bills at shack. Overall excellent experience

Arrived within an hour of appointment. Was assigned a door, unloaded and green lighted with 90 mins... Guard enters your bills into system. Signs it then after unloading your green lighted and ready to roll...

Don’t worry to come here for your appointment time as if it matters to them. Good place for 8 hrs reset. Will load then unload you because they can’t fit all the stuff. Was here 30 mins before my appointment. Didn’t get door for 2 hrs. Then 2 more hours still not loaded probably will be here for 3-4 hrs more judging from their nice work.

Not bad for a DHL. Check in at guard shack. PU number start with 350 I believe. They will give you door number. Drop trailer and unhook. Wait for red light to turn green. Hook back up to trailer and go back to the guard shack for paperwork and seal. I was 30 minutes before my appointment time. Loaded trailer and paperwork in about 1 hour. Staff was professional. Backing was easy.

I have 11 am appointment for delivery. Arrived here and checked in at 10:20 am. Gave me a dock at the security office and still not start getting unload yet. Now 12:30 pm. They went to Lunch already. 😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I checked in half hour before my appoitment. they give me dock . bt they not start getting loaded. almost one and half hour i back up on dock still green light .!

Arrived at 1150am for a 1230pm apt, its been over 3 hrs on the dock.

Do not waste your time, book something else, this will waste your whole day.
