This is the first time I don't want to give 5 stars, because this people deserve 10*! My company name is Carral Trucking and I bought a complete aluminum tarp sistem, the less expensive I can find in tens of fisic and virtual sites I checked, and with high quality. When I received the order some parts was missing, I suppose in the transportation one box got damaged and missed some parts. I called them and they answered in less than 5 seconds! A very friendly lady, after I explained what happened she quickly told me that would solve the problem, only needed to send her a picture with all parts received, so they could make sure which parts were lost and in this way there would be no possibility that I was missing any at the time of assembling the whole system, (very, very professional) So I did and she told me that they would call me again later. In a short time another lady called me back, very friendly too and speaking in my language, her name is Jessica Ochoa, she apologized for the inconvenience and explained me that in a couple of days I would receive the missing parts and some others more, just in case. [I attached pictures of the first parts received and the others to replace the missing parts]. These people met my expectations and beyond and I will recommend them to all my friends, thank you to all the team of Tarp Sistems and Kym Industries.

my name is Zee I bought Tarps from Tarping systems inc. Slocomb, AL. most of there Tarp motor it just working for 2 month after 2 month start loosing from where you mounted because it is not a good metal it is cheap metal. The tarp sewing machine must be very cheap because I purchased 5 Tarps each tarp cost $94.00 each plus shipping within 2 month it just came off from the back side of the Truck why the one they fold and put it together it just coming separated because of there sewing machine is so weak not holding both together. I did use my own Technic but each of them cost me to repair $80/each. I video tape it and make a picture and send them there claim department need send them back to Alabama and they will sew it and return me back I asked them to return the unused tarp they said no I can't return it back.
I just need to tell you Tarping system they are using very cheep material it is not recommend as a good Tarp salers

I am not a man who likes writing reviews, but when I saw the top two reviews, they really irritate me. The manager of this company is a good person, I can guarantee that. As a customer, we can not slander a manufacturer after refused some unreasonable requirements. I have known this company for many years and they are my first choice when I need some truck tarp parts. The good company deserves an impartial review!!!
