Got tailed by one of this company's minivans all the way down East Washington Ave., then they drove in a parking lane for blocks. They had to duck back into traffic to avoid rear-ending a parked car. Not sure how anyone using this company would feel safe being driven around.

Driver honked at me for not turning right while the arrow was red with a very clear "no turn on red" sign (because bike and pedestrian traffic had a green light), veered around 2 cars and turned right anyway, almost hitting a cyclist. Horrible and dangerous driving.

Light turned green almost immediately afterwards and they were stopped at the next red light so I was able to snap a pic of the vehicle.

As someone who doesn’t drive, being able to use Quality Transit is amazing. Kimberlee is hands down one of my favorite drivers. She’s always on time and has no problem helping passengers inside and out of her vehicle. She also has the kindest spirit and great with conversation especially if you have somewhat of a long ride to wherever you’re going!

Driver on his phone and pulled right in front of me without even stopping at the stop sign. Lucky to have it on dash cam. Had to slam on my breaks just to not hit the vehicle. Also, sad because I see this isn't the first time (looking at other reviews).

I work with this company week to week on a consistent basis. It is rare that they are on time for picking up/drop off, and the driver is ALWAYS on the phone, when driving and when greeting rider on arrival. Very unprofessional every time I contact about a late ride, and have been treated rudely when asking about tardiness. I understand transportation services may be short handed sometimes, but the way they handle it with customers is ridiculous and shouldn’t be tolerated.

I visited the website because I was going to call to ask why one of their vehicles was parked in a handicap spot at SSMHealth in Janesville Wi and did not have disabled plates or card. Driver was parked in one of the closet H/C spots to entrance and just sitting with engine running. Obviously waiting for a client. However even if client was handicapped the driver ciuld/should pull up to entrance to pick up the client. They should not park there to wait. Leave handicap stalls open for the people who are disabled, have proper permits and actually have to get from their parked vehicles to the entrance, who need the extra room to get their equipment out of their vehicle etc.

Driver arrived in enough time for my appointment. Driver called to let me know his location in my parking lot. Was very courteous drove speed limit and took the best route to get to clinic.

I would NEVER get in any vehicle from this company! Just like the last review-got passed at an EXTREME high rate of speed on 12/18 at the hwy 73 insection this morning at 6 a.m.IN A NO PASSING ON THE CURVE AS ANOTHER TRUCK WAS TRYING TO MERGE ON-put all of us in a bad spot. He was heading in to madison. Hopefully this warning saves some lives because the way this company drives its a matter of time
