This is a wonderful service company. Got Sick just before my appointment and they refunded my money. When I finally got a chance to go for my medical procedure they were on time and sent the most wonderful, caring and compassionate driver Larry!

Ruby medical was a ray of hope and a GOD send when we needed it most. My dad just wanted to come home and finish his days on the farm. It just happened that his release date was on a Sunday. No other company within my area would even consider working on a Sunday !. When I called Ruby's medical, the wonderful helpful Sarah gave me hope and I'll see what we can do.... needless to say she came through for us!! We got our dad home . Very professional driver as well. Very reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend again. Thank you so much for all you !!

Sarah and the staff at Ruby Medical Transit Services are amazing at doing whatever they can to provide timely safe services to my members that need them. They were able to provide services to one of my members who needed to attend a visitation. They asked all the right questions to make sure they would be able to give my member the best of service!

I haven’t used them for awhile- I will say that the owner and dispatcher were wonderful, and they have some great/ very kind drivers.
But I was dropped as a client after making “too many” complaints about some drivers speeding/ reckless driving (And another driver used to talk to me about things that were not appropriate ). I would like to give them a higher rating but I really didn’t appreciate being dropped as a client on a Sunday when I had an important out of town appt the next day. Thankfully since then I have used CarePool and Ride Health and have had much better experiences.

I had a couple of early morning rides going to the airport. The drivers arrived on time. They were very kind and courteous. I felt very safe on the interstate for the entire trip. I will use Ruby Medical anytime I'm in need of transport!! Also, very reasonably priced!

I can't say enjoy about Ruby family. Sara, Sue, and Mel are so great with trying to get transportation for me. They are understand, flexible and are willing to accommodate for your travel. PLEASE USE THESE FOR YOUR TRAVEL NEEDS.

Ruby Medical Transit is legit the BEST medical transportation company I have even had the pleasure of riding with!! They’re contracted through Veyo and Veyo is contracted through State Insurance….Veyo had my ride set up for Sat.April 30, 2022 at 7:15 with MIDWAY TRANSIT. The driver didn’t call the night before like they usually do, but waited until the morning of to call me at 5:30AM and first asked to pick me up 2hours early, I was hesitant but said fine and mentioned that my child and I would be ready. He then said he couldn’t get my solely because I had my daughter, with a car seat, and the other person he was picking up was “too fat to fit with my child’s car seat”. It was absolutely in the records that I had a plus one coming with. Instead of trying to accommodate, they just broke the line of communication and wouldn’t cancel the trip on their end, because then they’d get in trouble with Veyo. The Midway Transit driver, named Nhia in a gray Toyota Corolla, proceeded to put in the Veyo system that he was on his way and then that he had arrived and picked me up. He did this to still attempt to get paid for picking me up when he didn’t.
I had a business card from Ruby Medical Transit and knew one of their routes they take everyday and knew if I got a hold of them in time they MIGHT 🤞🏽be able to help me!! I called them at 5:40AM and the owner Sarah still answered although I had woken her up. She listened to what happened and assured me she would do everything she could to try to remedy someone else’s mess up. She pulled up a different trip of mine in the portal just to have all my info. She then called Veyo herself and was on hold for 30 minutes at least! I had been trying to call them also but couldn’t get through since they only had their after hours emergency line open until 7am. The place my apts are at closes at 9am on the dot, so I had very little time to hopefully fix all this mess and secure a ride. Somehow, with Gods grace, Sarah was able to get through to Veyo and explain to them what had happened. Veyo then put her on hold and called me to fix all the details and switch my ride over to Ruby Medical. If it wasn’t for Sarah’s quick acting, compassion, and kindness I never would have made it to my apt. She went WAY above and beyond what she’s expected by Veyo to do. I’m so appreciative and grateful for Ruby Medical Transit and I HIGHLY recommend asking for them as your driver when you call Veyo to set up a medical transport. Thanks again Sarah! You know you didn’t have to do all that but i’m so thankful for you! Decent customer service Goes A LONG WAY within these transportation companies, and Ruby Medical has amazing customer service. They also call the day before to confirm your ride and all the details. A side from all that, they are a safe, clean, Covid guidelines abiding, law abiding company!! Thank you Sarah and Aaron for being so accommodating this morning to make sure I got to my apt safely before the facility closed. This company is worth allllllllllllllllll the 5 ⭐️ Star reviews!!!

Ruby Medical transit has the best drivers in this line of business they are always on top of their times and the drivers and dispatchers are super friendly and accommodating they go above and beyond the call of the job to take care of the people they are working with
