Great service - a million times better than the previous transportation service I used for my child. The owners are incredibly compassionate and kind people, and the drivers are professional and caring. I was able to request that Comfort Care be the only transportation service that is used to transport my child. Any new company with new services will have a few bumps in the road, so to speak, but these guys are definitely the people to go with. (Note: I used this company approximately 3 years ago.)

If I could rate a zero I would. So many horrific experiences I can't possibly list them all, however people should know they employ drivers who fail background checks (yes, 2 OWI's in previous 2 years in the state of Wisconsin) and when said driver arrived at our business with minor client, he was almost 3x over the legal limit. He failed sobriety test on site and was taken into custody. The office manager and company owner refused to take responsibility, however the office manager admitted this driver was a relative to the owner. They repeatedly make up lies and excuses for missed rides. Drivers smoke with clients in vehicles (many of our clients are minors). The owner actually screamed at me during a phone conversation when I filed a complaint about a missed pick up at 7:30 at night. We were forced to drive the client home because Comfort Care refused
to send another driver. No reimbursement, no solutions. My next task is filing a report with the BBB. This company has no regard for client care or public safety. They should not be allowed to operate a business.

I have had more issues with these people and their drivers. They speed, smoke in the vehicle with minor passengers,show up an hour early,an hour late,don't show at all, show up late and then tell their boss i wouldn't answer the phone or door when we really had a conversation, pick up exotic dancers who "don't have to pay", drop people off way late to appts. When you call to discuss issues or show up at their offices their is never anyone there.

Great transportation services provided for my grandmother for the past 9 months to and from her dialysis appointments. I have also received the most polite and professional customer service and never had any issues. Thank you Comfortcare transportation, truly appreciate the great service and please keep it up.

Not reliable as far as the location here in my metroplex but the company as a whole is fine by me just needs adjustments with certain employees. The last two women I spoke to were awesome and thank you.

They had made me late for an appointment I had been waiting for for 3 months. Now I cant get in until Nov because i was 15 Minutes late. Not to mention that they'd leave me sitting at the hospital for 2 hours or more waiting for a ride back somedays because the driver was doing personal things on company time. Theres soooo much more that i could say, but i wont... i just do NOT reccomend this company to anyone looking to get where they need to on time!!!

I've been left waiting so long that I ended up calling a cab. I'm supposed to be getting a ride this morning and I never received a call last night letting me know what time I'm being picked up. I just tried calling them several times and no answer and I couldn't even leave a
message! I'm reporting them, this is ridiculous!

When going to Marshfield hospital to house of dove... It's a good thing I rode along because I ended up holding on to the stretcher dad was on.. the guy didn't have straps on correctly & he was sliding all over! It gets worse!!! Once @ the dove unloading dad, dad was almost choked.. the idiot forgot the h2o tank was attached & had just set it down! I was on ramp as he sure didn't mind help... I pushed dad back up so he wasn't chocking & so idiot could get tank. After safely unloaded looked @ nurse & said you saw that right...
