I went in looking for a couch, found an ottoman in the color I wanted and they were actually able to order me the couch and ottoman set! It came yesterday! The two delivery guys were not only able to come 2 hours earlier, saving so much time, but they flawlessly picked up my old couch and set up the new couch exactly where I needed it! Took less then 30 minutes and they left no mess and were extremely respectful and courteous! 10/10 I've shopped here before and the process is smooth and not at all pushy! I'll be coming back to buy a mattress soon!

My boyfriend and I went window shopping from Green Bay to Beaver Dam for a new couch. Stopped in at this fond du lac location and was impressed with prices. Some things still lower than even WGR with their spring sale. Ended up falling in love with this couch and was told 2 weeks for delivery since they had to order the color. Called back a couple days later and luckily I was able to get my couch delivered within a week! Delivery guys were on time (Dan and Gabe) and got her together pretty smoothly! So happy to have my dream couch. Thank you!

Went in to see what they had. Bob was very friendly and helpful. He wasn't pushy or like a typical salesman, he let me roam around and was there for questions. Ended up going back before he closed with husband and bought the sectional I had been looking for. So comfy and perfect.
