Never enough drivers! Always messing up rides and don’t expect common sense with the dispatch unfortunately either…
And sense I have posted this somehow they have gotten so unreliable they are only giving rides to the regulars because they only have a couple drivers… just sad.

Nobody rides these silly buses. Just a waste of taxpayer's money. Set up something with the local taxi companies, Uber, whatever. It would be a much better use of taxpayer money.

After reply from FdL Transit: You are already subsidising the NFdL people, it could e done as well in FdL. As for the students who ride-you already "farm" one route to a private provider. You could do the same for the rest. Plus you could have the private provider use their own equipment, instead of a bus you provided to them at way below market value. As for the cost per ride, you get state, federal and local funding. You people in government always seem to forget that's taxpayer money as well. If we take all taxpayer money away the FdL Area Transit is a highly overpriced, inefficient system. Make it a totally user funded "business " and let's see how long it lasts...
