Best storage in town! not only did we walk into an unexpected special, we're able to use a referral and get an additional unit for a free month plus $100 off for myself. you just can't beat that. Rachel (I hope I spelled that right) is absolutely amazing and has been a pleasure to work with. I currently have a climate controlled unit which the unit and warehouse itself is practically brand new and super clean, and with the 60 plus cameras on the site I feel my unit is thoroughly protected.Highly recommended!

The unit was easy to access at any time. It was clean and I had no rodent or pest issues in the climate controlled unit.

The staff were always very kind.

I leased/rented the space for over a year and a half. I didn’t have any issues but the price increased significantly overtime.

Would NOT recommend. I reserved my unit online. I came in the next day. In attempt to UPSALE, the manager said it wasn’t available anymore but there was one more expensive than the one I reserved. 2-3 months later my bill went from $86-$104(m/o). Months after that, I had an unexpected situation come up. I’ve always paid on time before. I called around to hear my options and to see if I can get the late fee removed as I had never been late. Was told by customer service the only person that could get rid of the fee was the building manager. The building manager (name starts with a “r”)wasn’t willing to help. She told me there’s absolutely nothing she could do. This lady had an attitude every time I came in contact with her and I’ve always been respectful and understood she had a job to do as well. Fast forward, I’m at my storage unit to get some things out..MINDING MY BUSINESS. The manager decides to keep circling around the units until she finally pulls up behind me and ask which unit is mine and what I’m doing there as if I didn’t pay them every SINGLE month?After awhile, it started to appear as discrimination. Either she needs to take a customer service class or be talked to about her “alleged” prejudice behavior.

Superior storage has an excellent variety of size storage units at reasonable prices. Bonnie the assistant manager was an awesome help with explaining pricing,paperwork,and how the process works to rent . We chose Superior storage for the overall security of our personal property. I highly recommend.
