The trailer yard is an absolute disgrace for a multi-billion dollar company. It is basically a mud pit with massive craters and debris everywhere. I've had to plug 2 tires after dropping here.

If you go in to drop your trailer look for a Volkswagen in their holes. It's hiding somewhere. Put in your power divider as well.
Also.. beware of the stop signs, their people don't obey them, I had to hit my brakes hard to keep from hitting one that didn't stop and we was leaving. Told the guard who said she would report it but nothing would be done about it, even with their security cameras EVERYWHERE that should have captured it .
Reported it to our company as well.

I would give 5 stars but the trailer lot is ridiculous. Holes the size of the grand canyon. Mud so deep I had to change shoes. A few yard dogs drive too fast but most of them are kind and helpful. Haven't met a guard I didn't like.
PLEASE FIX THE PARKING LOT.

In and out quickly but the drop lot is a wreck. Girl at the guard shack is lovely and pleasant. Thank you!

Get here and they won't unload my truck. I have an 11 am appointment but they say I don't. No other trucks here. Don't understand the problem. It's their product take it off my truck
