We have used M and M before for our door and we were happy with the service. Decided to use them again for our windows and everything went well. The installation crew was terrific and did a great job. We are happy. Our salesperson, Ryan, was attentive and never tried to push us into a product we didn't want and made helpful suggestions based on what windows we chose. Overall, we liked what we picked and had a good experience.

Than provided me with estimates and offered different financing options to make the project affordable. The work was done in a timely fashion and the clean up was exceptional. The entire crew was kind and courteous. I would recommend M&M Home Remodeling Services to anyone and everyone considering a new roof or home upgrades.

Work included replacing shingles on two sections of house, add in venting and baffles to stop condensation occurring on inside ceilings.

Our Sales Consultant was Jeremy. He was very thorough in talking through the cause of our problems, approach to fix and contract details.

A crew of two showed up on scheduled day. Within the first hour a superintendent (Johnny from M&M) came and gave me his card in case I had any issues. I was told the team that was here were subcontractors that worked with M&M regularly.

There were communication issues between the team about scope of work. I was concerned and called Superintendent (Johnny). He came to job site around 7pm. He became very involved and I appreciated that. He inspected work and ensured me work was top notch. Work was finished the next morning and Johnny was here to meet with me to wrap things up. Time will tell if the work resolved my issues but I have high hopes.

My lesson learned is that I need to ask more questions before signing about who is doing work and who is supervising work during the job.

My recommendation for M&M is to be transparent before signing contract about subcontractors. I understand that subs are common practice but there should be on-site check-ins of an M&M superintendent during job to prevent the issues I experienced.

He took the time to thoroughly explain all of the available options and made sure I understood both the benefits and risks associated with each choice. Your crew to do replacement gutters was very efficient. They arrived, did the removal and replacement in about 3 hours. The did a complete cleanup and I am very satisfied with the work they did. I will recommend your company to family and friends and will certainly place you at the top of my list for any future work. A job well done.!

Roofing and gutters were done fast and exceptionally well. The entire process was professional. Crews worked over time to get project done in a day and left my property immaculate. Needed a return visit for the gutters and the technician was, polite, professional, an resolved the issues immediately.

Based on the quality of their work, I doubt I will need another new roof, but if I did I would 100% use them again.

My husband and I met with and got quotes from 5 local companies in the Madison area for a roof replacement. At least 2 of these companies stood out to us. Sunset Ridge, now owned by M&M remodeling was the one that we eventually decided on for several reasons: First, our salesperson, Thad Ruyle was wonderful from the first meet all the way through the completion. He was personable, professional, kind and responsive to all our questions and concerns. He gave us the best price he could for the roof, and beat competitors prices without having to compromise on quality of the products or warranties. We also got our gutters replaced by them and again, Thad ensured we received the best quality product and the best price. We are still working on the front gutter with their superintendent, Bret Rhodes, to ensure that the valley on the front of our house is mitigated properly so that water does not run down onto the front stoop. Bret has been here to analyze the situation and will continue to work on it until it's perfect! That's the kind of company Sunset Ridge is! We were recommended to them by a friend and we will now recommend them to all!

M&M was great. I had a hard time finding a contractor that would just do repairs on my James Hardie Siding and trim and M&M stepped up to do it. All the work needed was completed in one day once they got the material and the weather cooperated. And it was done to my satisfaction.
