I had the pleasure of working with Seth on the flooring installation for our new condo in Madison. We are living in Kenosha and Seth was incredible - completing the measurements, quoting and setting installation from afar. Bob was our installer and did a meticulous job! They were both incredibly responsive and professional. I can’t recommend CTW enough!!

CTW has a wide variety of flooring options. We got our flooring and carpet from them. Andrew Martin was super helpful and answered all of our questions. He helped us decide on our LVP, LVT, and carpet. He also came to our house to double check measurements to ensure our orders were accurate, and dropped off our flooring right when we needed it. We strongly recommend him!

My husband and I sat down with our designer friend, Emily Bartelme (Coastal Interiors), to think through new carpeting throughout our bedrooms and stairs and flooring in our bathrooms. Through her recommendation, we started working with Seth and his team at CTW Flooring.
First of all, Seth is THE BEST! He is very patient and kind and thoughtful through the entire process. With his suggestions and guidance, we turned our flooring project into a brand new shower as well in the primary bathroom!
Seth had the best team working with him from tilers to hardware to painting to flooring (shoutout to our carpet-laying duo - they were so efficient and friendly!). We knew the process had many steps and decisions along the way but Seth and Luke of Ferguson Plumbing met us, talked us through decisions and were extremely and promptly communicative with each step.
We are waiting on our custom shower door to complete our project but we are thrilled with the finished product.
Thank you, Luke and team, Emily and of course Seth and team for bringing some new life into our home.

I throughly enjoyed working with CTW Abbey for my flooring installation project. It started with me reaching out to them to inquire about some flooring and Seth was very helpful. He was patient and responsive to all of my inquiries and questions and gave me great feedback and suggestions during our in home consultation. The installation happened in a timely manner (I live in Milwaukee and they are based in Madison) and everyone who came to my home was very professional and a pleasure to work with! Everyone made sure I was comfortable and secure in my choices before moving forward. They were respectful of my deadline and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results! I will definitely be using them again for future projects.

We had a great experience with CTW Abbey. We worked with them to replace some old laminate and carpet flooring with hard wood and luxury vinyl. They had a great selection of flooring options. Shelby and Andy at CTW are fantastic! She was prompt and super response. As selecting countertops can be challenging she and the team went the extra mile and found a way for me to see a live sample of the quartz I selected. I ended up going with a different company due to pricing but if all things were equal, CTW would have been who I moved forward with.

We have worked with Seth at CTW on two different flooring projects. Two years ago, we had hardwood installed and this year a carpet installation. Our experience with both projects was fantastic.

They were able to help us find a solution to match our existing hardwood and it continues to look great two years later.

This year, upon removing old carpet, some underlying issues were discovered. Seth went above and beyond to help us find someone who could help fix the problem before laying new carpet.

I would definitely use CTW again on future projects.

We are remodeling a unit that was long overdue. CTW is always my first call we have worked with them on many of our projects. Monte and his team helped us remodel the kitchen and laundry area. He and his team are wonderful to work with. We are out of the country and he called to talk through the process as he walked through the unit. The team did some renderings to show me different layouts. They listened to my concerns and the end product looks beautiful and uses the space efficiently. Later in my project, when the bathroom vanity I ordered from another place arrived broken, Monte was able to get me one from his stock and installed it the same day as the cabinets. We are still working on finishing up, but the before and after on this will be such a night and day turn around. Thank you CTW Abbey Carpet & Floor!
