If you value honesty, come here. I use my car to earn my living so when I had to bring it back shortly after servicing it I was, suffice to say, frustrated. They did an amazing job working with me. Whether I was unclear with want or they made a typo, they handled themselves with professionalism and respect. You know who to trust with your car by judging how they handle themselves under fire. Thankfully I learned from a friend that they provide auto repair and new tire service to non-Fords. I got new tires there recently for my Toyota and unfortunately one of them developed a sidewall bulge after only 5k miles. Not sure if I bumped a curb or somebody bumped me, but usually sidewall bulges are the result of impact. Regardless, they went to bat for me and got it replaced quickly and free of charge. So now I'm getting my oil changes and tire rotations there for my Toyota and my Subaru.

Kayser Ford is an amazing place to get work done on your vehicle! Their waiting room is amazing with free snacks, beverages and T.V that passes the time! The whole service team was extremely helpful and friendly! I will definitely be returning in the future!!
