Normally I greatly appreciate curbside pickup. However today I ordered curbside about an 30 min ahead of time due to my toddler being sick (hand,foot and mouth) and needing milk for her. I didn't want to bring her in with being sick and fussy so I thought curbside would be best.
When i arrived I parked at a pump due to also needing gas and the parking spots all being full and the text I got said that was fine.
Checked in, pumped gas and after 20 min of waiting, I called for an eta due to my toddler screaming in the car.
On the phone they asked all the questions I checked in with 20 min before (2x) and when I said I was at a pump. Made it sound like I wasn't supposed to be there but they would send someone out.
The women that came out was very crabby towards me, never smiling or anything and had a very grouchy tone towards me. I said thank you and that I really appreciate it and all I got was "yep, have a good day" as she walked away.
Just took me by surprise that it took so long and having an attitude about it. I get it's a getting chilly and I wasn't right by the door but I figured it was better doing it this way then having a screaming, sick toddler in the store

Good service, I go often.
But something happened to me on Saturday around 1PM, I met someone while we were talking about stuff and I never asked how to contact him, I still have it in my mind hahahahaha 😂 that only happens to me hahahahaha 😂

Thank you guys! My car died in front of your car wash. Not only did staff help me move it, but they gave me a code to replace the car wash because I had paid for it and suddenly couldn’t use it. It was a huge help!

We normal go here weekly and haven't had any problems but these last 2 times were rough.... I wanted to order food for pick up and the lady who answered the phone was rude. And this time I ordered pick up and normal everything is fresh... this time my tenders were so old and dry. They are definitely not fresh! I am so disappointed in kwik trip lately. I don't know what is going on but this is 2 times in a row.

Jeff was my customer service representative it was a joy to meet him he had a lovely smile and he greeted me with the utmost care. Very welcoming atmosphere. I'm just visiting. I definitely recommend this place for a quick cup of coffee and a bite to eat maybe some gas or to use the restroom whether your local or you're just passing through a most visit

It’s very frustrating when there is a long line and multiple staff but only one register open, then to add insult to injury after waiting in line, they open a register and someone just walks up and checks out without a word from the staff about waiting their turn. Boo Kwik Trip, train your staff better

I came in to get a hot chocolate vanilla swirl, when I noticed the machine was getting cleaned. A coworker there saw me and right away apologized for the delay. He asked if I want a free pizza instead, but I politely declined. I wanted to wait, we had time. After that, the drink was amazing and hot! I am so glad that every time I go there, the staff is super friendly and they pay attention to their customers! I very highly recommend this Quik Trip!
