I mistakenly addressed my son’s Xmas gift to Little Chute, instead of Appleton. I called and spoke with a very polite and understanding woman named Stephanie. I have had several experiences with my hometown post office in Shawano WI with very poor and rude behavior. Stephanie was a breath of fresh air. You are a credit to the USPS. THANK YOU, Stephanie. I’ve never had a bad experience at this post office. Everyone is always nice and very accommodating. Recently we needed a large sum of envelopes hand stamped and they did so with the same cheery attitude they always have. We were so grateful!
