Met all of our scheduling needs on short notice. There was no problem accommodating late change in pick up and delivery. Staff was personable, “real people”, and quick responses. Movers were attentive, friendly, and courteous. They helped with things outside the scope of the projected. We wouldn’t consider others in the future.

Just moved from Rochester, MN to College Station, TX under some pretty stressful circumstances and were fortunate enough to have a great moving crew to help us keep our sanity and get everything there safely. Fran was great to work with as our coordinator to estimate our household and deliver boxes to us and tell us how to pack certain special items. Angie kept everyone in good contact with each other and both the crews loading the semi in MN and unloading in TX were kind,polite, efficient and hardworking men who did a great job with our belongings. And we can’t say enough positive things about our driver, Chris Roth, who was there for both the loading and unloading. He kept us informed, was knowledgeable, timely, had good communication with the crews, good personality, and went above and beyond during delivery with extra care and work when my husband had to fly out for a family emergency to AZ. It was truly amazing to witness that kind of compassion in this day and age. We are truly grateful!

We had three movers help us with our local move in La Crosse in February (I believe Paige, Ian? And one other guy I can’t recall the name!) they were wonderful. They were careful and efficient and communicated well. We were thankful to have them!

We used Piepho Moving and Storage twice in the past year. I will mention we lived in our house for 35 years and had a lot of stiff! Long distance move, with all our furniture and household goods. Then they also moved another load of garage items we had in a storage facility to our new location. I had them come in and also pack my house. Everyone was professional and my household goods were excellently packed and moved. Nothing was damaged and the unloading of the truck and setting up in our new home was exceptional.

What a great experience! These 2 workers took the time to make sure our floors and door ways were covered and all of our belongings were covered as well. The workers were polite, courteous, efficient and did an excellent job. i hope to never have to move again but if we would need some help moving things around I would definitely call Piepho again!! Thank you for helping us get our heavy items to our new home we just could not have done that without great help.

My mother needed help moving, and asked Piepho to help move belongings to her new house. During the move, one of the movers, an older man, was yelling absurdities and swearing constantly, and was being so insulting and offensive that he made my mother cry. When loading their semi trailer, they contacted dispatch about loading boxes, and were explicitly told not to load them, even though there was most likely enough room for all the boxes. Even though they successfully unloaded the belongings at the new house, the horrible attitude of the one mover ruined the whole experience. Do NOT, under any circumstances, seek this company for help, avoid at all costs.

Piepho Moving sent an estimator to our home, and he was professional, courteous, and meticulous in cataloguing our personal items to be shipped. We received an emailed estimate within 24 hours, and plans were made for the shipment. On load day, the Piepho folks and Allied Semi driver arrived when they said they would, were courteous, efficient, and professional. The driver and 6-man load crew walked our home and workshop with us, laid out the travel paths for loading, and protected the floors, walls and doorways prior to moving our goods. Even though we struggled with getting a shuttle truck up a very steep gravel driveway, everyone kept their cool, and we all persevered. On the delivery end, the driver and 3-man crew also protected floors, walls, and doorways, and made short work of unloading us, even navigating a steep concrete driveway and ramp up to the house with hand trucks, all without complaint.
We highly recommend both Piepho Moving and Allied Van Lines for any moving needs the reader of this review may have!

First time using a moving company so I had no idea what to expect. It was a very easy and nice experience. Showed up right on time, the crew was easy to get along with & very professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs a less stress moving day.
