If I could leave negative 5 stars I would.
These people are INCOMPATENT!!!
I've been trying for MONTHS to get a kohler roman tub faucet installed for a customer. First it took weeks to get the faucet. When it FINALLY showed up it was beaten and hacked!! My customer wasn't happy but understood. I called to get a replacement and 3 weeks later I receive an email saying FINALLY shipped...TO THE WRONG ADDRRSS!! So I call them again on Tuesday morning and they say they will expedite shipping and I'll have it by the end of the week. I get an email Saturday morning saying that it shipped at 12:31.
It should have been here by Friday and didn't ship until Saturday.
I'll NEVER use kohler again and will talk about their poor customer service to every customer and anybody who will listen!!

Impressive, until I tripped on some heaved cement. Almost fell. Noticed they had been grinding the ledges. Must have missed one. Across street in front of spa.
