This facility is a 24 hour operation with overnight parking. Check-in by door 53 on the back side of the property. Need six digit numbers starting with nine. (For picking up, can't speak to deliveries).
Lots of room to maneuver around.
Arrived at 10 PM for a next day appointment at 11:45 AM.
Got call to go indoor at 7:20am. Wasn't locked into the dock with a red light until 11:30 AM. Paperwork in hand and sealed by o1pm
No restroom that I noticed is why I gave it a 4..

Will only take an hr before appointment. Shipping 24 hrs; check in at dock 53; had 19.00 apt. On dock at 19.15; checked out at 20.00. Pretty fast loading.

Appointment based. No point coming in super early. Got here for shipment at 11am. Told to wait until they call me because Appointment was set at 1pm. No call, so I went inside & asked. They scrambled and got me on a door at 1:30pm.

Absolutely unorganized to say the least. If anyone leaves a review stating they were in and out must be blind to time. After waiting four hours I received a phone call to back unto my door. Waited another hour and a half before they started loading me and then another three hours before I was loaded. What's the point of having an appointment when that obviously doesn't matter?! The only bathroom is a port-o-john. Nothing but attitude from the guys at the desk. I'll be sure to tell my broker, never send me here again. ZERO time management skills here. If you have an appointment, the load should be ready. It's places like this that run out your clock and they couldn't care less about it.

This place was ridiculous my appointment was 03/5/2025 between 2am-2pm got there at 12:30 pm 03/5/2025 just to be told I should’ve been there for 2 am when the broker and my dispatcher literally gave me proof that the appointment was between those times in which this company were the ones that gave the broker the appointment time just to wait until this morning 03/6/2025 at 2am the next morning to get loaded I will not be coming here again the attitude I received from the lady in the office the day prior was unprofessional and ridiculous. Seems like they have there own rules here they should be penalize for not following there appointment schedules I’ve sat here all day as though I was late or something. Just alittle advice don’t give the broker or dispatcher an false appointment time when it’s not the time you want a driver to come pick up the load.

I arrived at my scheduled appointment a day early and they were gracious enough to check me in and get my trailer loaded very quickly! The young man and the sweet lady at the check-in and check-out window were so friendly and super courteous. Very easy backing and overnight parking is available. On your way out, they have a scale that you can use to check your trailer weights. Absolutely no complaints!

Average, today very slow! To many truck traffic and loading times little bit longer than expected! No restroom, port a potty located at door 35 & 75!
Lots of room and possibility to stay over night. Drivers check in at door 53. Good luck to you all and be safe out there!
