Rented a unit for 8 months, hands down the best storage retail spot in the area. It's not a community eye sore like so many storage rental places are, the set up and how the buildings are arranged is beautiful. The entrance is discreet and I view that as a huge plus! I always felt safe going there, the gate offers even more piece of mind as a second lock that the things you've placed in storage are safe from theft. Every renter has their own code to get in. My unit was clean and ready to move in and after leaving, the return of my deposit was easy and fast! The owner is quick to respond and easy to work with and pricing is competitive. You really can't go wrong!

I rent a storage unit every fall and winter in the Sussex area. Over the past 8 years I think I have tried all the local Sussex and Lannon spots. Kelly’s is by far the nicest units for the price. Brand new, secure, and Shawn is super easy to work with. This year I ended up with 2 units and will be back next fall (if he’s not sold out). Highly recommend.

Rented a 10x20 unit this past summer as we moved from our home of 23 years to a condo. Found out that everything was not going to fit, so I texted Shawn and he said just to take another unit near our first one. He sent me the contract info afterwards. So, thanks for the quick response. Everything went smoothly with our move, and we were comfortable knowing that our belongings were secure and safe. Once we got everything cleaned, I just sent him a couple pictures and our security deposit was quickly refunded. The rate was reasonable for the months that we needed it, and everything was nice and clean. Very nice units and easy to work with. Thanks again for helping to make our move as smooth as possible.

I needed a 10x20' storage space for my summer car and Kelly's was able to accommodate on short notice and at a very reasonable price, even providing a power outlet for the battery tender. Conveniently located for me so I can check on the car periodically.
