DO NOT USE DHL!!!! we had a letter/package shipped into New Jersey from out of the country. It was signature required because it contained a boat title inside. Their driver Jesus delivered it to a different address in Ocean City, leaving it on the step and did not get a signature. Initially they claimed that it was signed for by me. After many phone calls and a lot of wasted effort, DHL confirm the package was mis-delivered. Then they claimed to have returned to to the wrong address to collect the package but nobody answered. DHL then closed the case and refused to give me the "wrong" address so that I might attempt to retrieve my package another day. DO NOT USE DHL IN THE USA!! they obviously do not care!!

DHL Delivery service is very very very POOOOOR. Don’t use this DHL Delivery service at all, since DHL driver will not ring our door bell or knock the door or even drop our item, front our home. Just they will say that, they came to our place and we are not there. WHICH IS NOT TRUE, finally We have to drive and go to DHL service point location to pick our stuff. Not only myself, even one more lady also sharing her bad experience in DHL service point, since she was waiting for her Passport.
DONT USE DHL IN USA.🇺🇸

Pacakge came next to my addres from this station then I checked the package and returned the station. Try to reach them for pick up they didn't even pick up the phone.

Please stop asking the people more personal details, if packages is late you guys wont do anything. Instead of asking for details stick with the delivery time you provide.
I have to receive the package on Monday now Thursday.

I placed an order for my package 12/13/23 and my delivery date is 12/20/23 and my shipment is still on hold and nobody seems to know when it’ll be released . RIDICULOUS. I’m Reporting to corporate asap.

Horrible!! Stood in the entryway waiting for 15 minutes waiting for someone to come assist me. Rang the bell 4 times and heard people in the back but no one came to help me.
