***No stars*** worst delivery service ever!! If you live around Leavenworth the vehicles used are not set up for snow. The drivers are not trained and use the excuse of being disciplined if they get stuck in the snow. Every week drags on with promises of deliveries. If you are going to commit to deliveries in this region give the drivers the tools they need to do their job. One missed delivery away from cancelling our account and if you look, we are regular users!! Please tell us how to use other delivery like UPS, FedEx and Postal services because they have no problem getting goods to our home!!

Ever since this warehouse began delivering my packages I have had nothing but problems. We have NEVER had problems with USPS or UPS or FEDEX delivering packages. These guys literally drive around with my packages, never deliver, and then send me messages stating undeliverable.

The drivers for this fulfillment hub lack basic training, or common sense. We have had multiple packages delivered and left outside the doors of the commercial building that our business resides within. This building is locked on the weekends, and our business is closed. I have posted in the delivery instructions NOT to leave packages outside the building, and it is also posted on the door, yet they continue to do so.

This is bad. Very bad. Looks like Amazon hired every idiot in the area. These morrons keep driving with my packages for 3 days and not delivering. I see it is out for delivery and then back at facility. Next day same crap. And it does not matter if we have delivery instructions or not. Never had issues with USPS. Cancelling prime.

It appears they are using an inaccurate gps to find locations and not reading delivery instructions. Had one delivery I didn’t get until days later when a neighbor far away gave it to me and another I had to flag down the non-English speaking driver who didn’t know the area at all. Drivers need to know the area. Especially in a rural area.

Driver seems to avoid delivering my packages 2 days in a row. Packages say out for delivery and map shows 5 deliveries away but then showed driver back in the warehouse! This is STUPID PAYING for prime if they refuse to deliver! Wenatchee Amazon get your shit together!
