I am a fairly new owner operator who was looking for Loads in all the wrong places it seems. I've tried a bunch of load boards. Most of them were posted by Brokers who would lower the price. Making them less valuable and worth driving for. I wanted a way to connect directly to the source, the shippers. After days of doing some research , I came Across Kitt Logistics. They were offering services that wouLD connect me with the shippers I needed to keep me busy on the road. I spoke with the CEO of the company Chaquita to get a run down of how the services work. She was very thorough and extremely educated compared to all the other Brokers I've ever spoken too. She knew her stuff. Which made me confident that she and her team could help me with exactly what I needed. Please guys, don't waste your time with other companies who cannot answer all of your questions. With Kitt Logistics help and especially talking with the CEO.. I now have 3 shippers that provide me with constant loads. Thanks so much!

Absolutely terrible. I needed half a dozen trucks. "Qwee" or whoever cancelled the first truck after everything was set up. She stopped answering the phone and wouldn't reply to emails. I'm now a day late and brought in a crew for no reason because she couldn't get the truck after she committed. Needless to say, I cancelled the remaining trucks and went with another company.
