For the price they charge the facilities are not upkept. The one in Kimberly regularly had puddles after it rains. I talked with them several times and got mixed responses of about ever taking care of it. We were patient until our things started to mold. We took pictures of the ceiling damage and the water and sent it to them repeatedly. We are finding another facility.
