Tell your drivers to not block handicap parking! There's plenty of other options to park someplace at this mall that doesn't block anything, and multiple that are in walking distance of fast food. Instead, your driver blocks access to multiple handicap parking spaces and the road behind them for two way traffic in front of the busiest movie theater in Central Illinois, on a Sunday when grandparents are bringing little kids. This was a choice. They could have parked to the side. Considering they were inside the truck when we arrived around 3pm and were still inside running the engine at almost 6pm, I'm guessing they didn't go see a movie. So they're just blocking parking because they feel entitled. Great look.

Saw one of their trucks at West Coast Pilot in Dunnigan Very Nice . Did a google search and saw the old cab overs so long history of trucking also nice facebook page . Looks like a Good Company.

After witnessing one of their drivers maneuvering recklessly through traffic within a highway construction zone, I reached out to their dispatch to inform them of a potential safety concern and liability risk. The dispatcher confirmed the truck as part of their fleet and went on to express because the driver had great tenure with the company he “wasn’t too worried about it.” Shocked by the dispatcher’s words, I politely asked that the issue be taken seriously and not be simply swept under the rug. Upon my request, the dispatcher responded with disdain, stating in a hateful manner, “We’ll look into it!”, and then hung up the phone. Not want you would expect.

On I 84 traveling near Arlington Oregon east. One of the drivers cut in front of us. Had only about 8 to 10 feet in front of us. It wasn't like we were not going the speed my hubby was going 80mph.
If my hubby wasn't paying attention we probably would had rear ended him with bad injuries or even died it was that close.
I was asleep we slammed on the breaks I open my eyes to a semi 8 feet in front of us.
God was on our side last Friday.
We still can not figure out why he cut us off.😡🤬

I rode for 6 days with a relative that has now been with Rands for almost a year. It was great to see how smoothly the deliveries and new pickups went, with very few delays, and excellent dispatchers throughout the week. Would definitely recommend Rands for any trucker looking for a new, long-term employment with a great family-owned company!
