Rented our 2nd unit today. Rachel and Wayne went way beyond just doing their job. They made every little detail work in our favor. They were professional and personable! In a day when most employees don't care about the company or the customer, these two stand out as treasures!
The facility is superb. It's always clean. Everything just works - or if it doesn't, they fix it immediately. It's safe and secure.
I've used other storage facilities in Montgomery, but this is the best experience I've had. It can be yours, too.

Dealing with Tanisha and Ferguson in the Ann Street office was wonderful. They are friendly, knowledgeable, patient and kind. I cannot recall when I’ve had such great customer service. I commend both of them for making something as mundane as renting a storage unit into an enjoyable experience.

The lady there is awesome,.I believe her name was Ms Rachel, she has the best customer service, she explains every step of renting a storage unit, goes over every part of the contract of renting, she has a great personality, just overall was a pleasant person and very very polite,she knows her job

Great storage space, but Micheal is real smart mouth and sassy for no reason. Learn to be kind, polite and give great customer service. Especially when your customer is nice & need help.

Very clean facility. The only thing that I had a problem with is the customer service. I feel that there should be more customer service training when it comes to using a professional tone of voice and having a positive attitude when dealing with customers from start to finish.

Gentleman (can’t remember his name) was extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He provided outstanding customer service. Facility and storage was extremely clean and secure. Prices were extremely low for indoor/climate control and is in an easy to access location.

I visited the Storage World location on Ann Street in Montgomery, Alabama today.
I was warmly greeted by Ms. Rachel, who kindly explained everything to me in detail.
I did rent a Unit today and told her I would definitely be back soon, as I know I will need additional storage units.
She was very accommodating!!!
