No help from the Portland office, been hung up on multiple times. Can't deliver because the pallets are too high, yet accepted the pallets to deliver knowing the destination. Say they are waiting for a response from the shipper and yet I've been on the phone with the shipper when they responded. Are trying to get me to pick up instead of delivering them to the building despite the delivery to in the building already having been paid. Tried to say it was a residential building so they couldn't use the right truck, when I corrected them about it being a residential building (this is an events and office building) they changed their reasons. - This last part was from the 800 number call center. The Portland number no matter which number you press sends you to the 800 number call line and the one time the call line got portland to pick up they hung up after transfer, the signal is also very bad and you can not really make out what they are saying, instead of trying to do something about it once again the hang up.

Will never be ordering any product that uses T-Force freight again. I have called multiple times regarding my order that has been sitting 13 min from my store. I've even offered to come pick it up myself. My order has been sitting at their yard for over 24 hours and still yet to even be unloaded. I work daily with commercial drivers and freight companies and this is by far the worst experience I have ever dealt with. They blame it on the "weather" which that was friday. it is now Wednesday.

This really is a zero star and not cool that it doesn’t allow for zero because that is what they deserve!
They mess up every single shipment we ever have with them. Other shipping companies push it off on them becuase they don’t want to deliver to our house and then t force messes it up.
The most recent mess up: they sent our package right past our house headed different state across the county through another shipping company and gave them a complete wrong address so they delivered it to the wrong person. The same day minutes after they dropped it off to the wrong person we notified them and the shipment company wouldn’t go back and pick up our shipment, acted like it was our problem to figure out with tforce. We won this auction and we’re counting on this delivery and the person who got our shipment opened it up and looked through everything. A big freaking shit show. Theft and fraud. I will be filing a report.

When you walk in the front-door, there is an access controlled 'waiting room' and a sliding window. There is no bell to ring or buzzer. You look into an office set-up with 3-4 offices, which are not in line of site to the front waiting room. So really no way of getting anyone to help you. I could see people in the offices because of the reflection in the glass, but no one came to help. I was there at 1450 on 12/26/24, and it must have been the start of a bearded gentleman's shift because he followed me in, and asked me if I needed help. He said he would have the freight ready in an hour. So I waited outside in my car, and came back in at 1550, where I stood in that waiting room for 15 minutes, eventually getting helped by a different person. The set-up for helping customers is not conducive to actually being able to know when someone is there. For that, 3 stars. The help, when I got it, was just good.

I received a shipment that was short one pallet. I contacted Bishoy and Tracy in OS&D. They found the missing on their dock the next day and it will be delivered. Great job by both Bishoy and Tracy! Thank you!!!

Never ever use T-Force! My freight is sitting in their warehouse, only 5 miles from my house for 6 days. They scheduled the first delivery window and no one came/called or notified me in any way that it was not arriving.
The dispatcher then lied and said it was scheduled for the next day, even though the email with the transport details show the date and time. The next day the dispatcher calls to say they cannot deliver today either bc it needs a smaller truck to enter the area. Why didn’t they figure that out the day before when they were supposed to deliver? Now I have to wait until Monday. This freight took a day to arrive from Phoenix to Portland and six days sitting in their warehouse. Never Ever use T-Force, their apathy pathetic.

TForce has been the most unreliable delivery service I’ve ever dealt with. I just found out they’re handling my delivery today, and based on past experiences, I’m not surprised they’ve already failed twice. They claimed “no one was at the door,” yet my security camera shows no delivery attempt was made. With a 1.4-star rating, it’s baffling that companies still trust them with shipments.

This company is disgusting. They have no professionalism or industry tact. I was contacted by an disgrace of an HR/receuiting department for a job well below my current routing my resume as why, they did not address me by name but rather left it blank with the (First_name) blurb still left. I called to speak to someone because the outreach was so infuriating, then I get someone on the line that cannot understand basic English and is clearly from somewhere not in America. Do NOT work for or do business with these people.
