It's a good company for new drivers, but I wouldn't stay long. Extreme micromanaging which is needed for newbies, but gets old fast. A lot of turnover for driver leaders. I had at least 3, and my last one never remembered any conversation he had with me and repeated things constantly like he had never told me. Also he forgot I put in my two weeks notice and tried to tell my new company I didn't give any notice. Luckily I had a copy of the email I sent, as well as phone records. Bottom of the barrel pay, and was sitting around too much. They always blamed the economy, yet they were always hiring dozens of new drivers every week while I got very little work. They always wanted you to drive for at least 7 hours a day even if it didn't make sense for the assignments you were given. Like why does there need to be an arbitrary metric if you're making all of your appointment times? Also the worst piece of advice I got during training was just to thump the tires and not check tire pressure. "Leave it to the mechanics who are trained for that". Terrible advice. Always know your tire's PSI. Regardless, i think they are one of the best companies to start with. The training is good overall, and the micromanaging is necessary for new drivers. But after 6 months they need to leave the good drivers alone. If you live in the Pacific Northwest and accept an OTR 48 states position, they will still never send you outside of the western 11. You'll be in California most of the time.

When you go to a yard like this, without organization, with as many holes as the moon and you get well and get up to work at 3am, with a train trailer in front of you, without thinking how those who are already going will come out parked ... that I know called selfishness ... Besides that there are too many trucks without trailers in the 2 assigned areas of trailer with truck ... Total disorganization by employees and management that is not aware of these details. .. come tired to rest and use the facilities and you find yourself with so many inconveniences ...
The bathrooms are very clean just like the showers, laundry is a lot of the wait, only 2 washers and 4 dryers ... very clean the center inside compared with others yarda or OC, but the yard outside a total disaster ...

Great showers,nice staff, and Ms Linda is a sweetheart. I miss her most of all. Good vending and a few really good restaurants around if you don't m8nd a walk. Had many of good times at GoodWorld Chinese restaurant just down the way. Great beer at Sidelines also. Ms Linda makes this place feel like home away from home. She will do anything she can for you. Parking is always a challenge but I've always found a spot on the yard. Owner Operators get wonderful treatment here. The company kept me going for 13 yrs solid. 😊

Nice location - near lots of coffee and restaurants. Good place to lay-over. Small drivers lounge but it has everything you want. Laundry room with 2 washers and 6 dryers (?) Not a lot of truck parking so suck it up and get close to your neighbor in order make as much room as possible for the next guy. Shop guys are a bit crabby, but they'll do the job. Showers, coffee machine and crossroads computer available for all.

Don't bother coming here if you need to place to park. You won't find one. The lot is an overcrowded mess with trailers everywhere. You can't even turn yourself around in the lot. Better off hitting up a truck stop than this disaster of a lot.
