2/6/2023 For me I'm not sure what the appointment was because it was a recovery load and the broker said hurry there. But I arrived and checked in and was given a door right away, was loaded within 25 min. There is no bathroom inside for drivers but there is a portable toilet by door 12. Check In by red door, big USA flag in front.

Check-in was simple, got a door assignment at check-in. I backed into my door and was loaded up in less time than it takes to walk my dog and make a sandwich for lunch. The people were friendly and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Came here for pick up. Everything was smooth. Unfortunately, a KK Integrated driver got angry and cursed at me that where I moved to from my dock after getting the green light, was not parking. I parked to the side to free up the dock and get my paperwork. He cursed at me and I tried not giving him the time of day. I asked the office where I got my paperwork if what I did was wrong. Of course not. It’s proper etiquette at a busy warehouse. They even stated they might know who this bad tempered driver is. “Tom” I believe I overheard. As I started my run back I was told by another driver that my trailer door was OPEN! I made sure I closed them when I left the dock to go get paperwork. How is this not a cruel act against a truck driver who is shipping your product for you?. I hope this is not the type disregard for public safety this company represents.

Quick to load , easy access from highway 41 . Enter in center driveway or westerly drive by door 22 . Checkin at Red door by flag pole with tare weight if picking up. Check out get paperwork at blue door by dock 26.

First time coming here to pick up pretty busy. Need to check in at red door. You will need pick up number or they won't check you in be prepared ahead of time. Vending machine at check in office. Very fast loading about 15 minutes loading time but I had to wait about 1hr for a dock. Once loaded you need to go to blue door by dock 26 for paper work. No driver bathrooms that's a downside. Big parking lot with overnight parking.
