I couldn’t be happier with my new trailer and customer service experience at Mirsberger! We drove all the way from St. Paul, MN and were pleasantly surprised that the Mirsberger team had the trailer ready for the long drive home. Talk about attention to detail. There weren’t added fees that you’ll find at other dealers when closing a deal. The price is the price plus sales tax, just the way it should be. Thank you!

Went to Mirsberger Trailer sales today to purchase a spare tire and mount for a trailer I purchased there last year. Great Customer service last year and again this year! I picked up the trailer on Saturday. We were there at about 8:10am. I saw the trailer up front as I drove up. I checked in with your receptionist asking for Andrew as we discussed. Andrew was with a customer already. Your receptionist checked in with Andrew. He was apparently rather rude with her for interrupting him and sent her out of his office. (Couldn't he just asked the other rep handle the delivery?)

The receptionist was great. She found the paperwork and worked nicely with me to finish it up. When we were done, she asked if I needed any help hooking up.

I was a little surprised by the whole thing. $9500 is not a life-changing amount of money, but I still would have thought someone would go out and walk through the trailer quickly with me and make she everything was correct. But this is not my first purchase. I was ready to hook up a trailer and get back on the road.

Just as I was ready to head out of the office, one of the other guys in the office looked up and simply said, "I will come out and help you." (I didn't catch his name, could tell this was not necessarily his job, but he seemed like he overheard the situation, knew it wasn't to your company's standard and he was going to make it right.)

The guy that helped me out restored any disappointment I may have had with the reception I got in the office. We had a few minor issues that he worked out.

Please make sure find the guy and thank him again for me. I hope you recognize him for his effort as well.

**If it was not for this person, I would have left your lot rather disappointed with the delivery experience.**

This one person turned a faltering experience with Mirsbergers into a very positive experience in the end

Follow up: after sending this information as an email I got tons of attention (call and email) and turned out the guy who helped me out was the owner!!
