Subject: Unacceptable Conduct – Wasted Time & Lack of Accountability

Joseph Wheeler and Albert Gracz,

What happened here is completely unacceptable. Joseph, you negotiated the rate and assigned the load to me, and Albert confirmed that it was on hold pending carrier onboarding. I explicitly confirmed before starting the process that the load was mine, as no one wants to waste time filling out paperwork for a load that isn’t secured. Albert assured me, “We have it on hold for you, we need to onboard you though.”

Based on that, I completed the carrier packet and sent over the cab card. Albert acknowledged receipt and said he would forward it. I followed up multiple times over the next 50 minutes requesting the rate confirmation—no response from either of you. Seeing Joseph’s number on the email, I called directly, only to be told the load had already been booked.

This is beyond unprofessional. Joseph, you were copied on the emails, so acting unaware is not an excuse. An hour and a half of my time was wasted in an already tough market, where every load matters. This demonstrates a complete lack of accountability, and competence.

For anyone considering doing business with them—think twice. Their reputation speaks for itself, and this situation proves exactly why. If you’re willing to take the risk, go ahead, but don’t be surprised when you experience the same level of incompetence.if anyone needs proof I have it.

Deceptive business practices, booked a load with Wyatt, presented as fcfs actually a missed appointment, he assured us several times that in and out in 2h hours at shipper, driver arrived at 3pm was there until 11am next day, for over 18h and nothing he was not loaded, they weren't able to get us loaded in 2 days, not including the fact that it was a 5am Costco delivery. Requested compensation, was being told checking and requested from customer for a month, I was given this answer every time I checked on a progress , we even tried to speak with a manager thinking it would help but it was clear that time too that they don't care about the driver and what he lost that day. Stay away, wasted the time of the driver, not reliable and don't take accountability for their mistakes!!

We've worked with Loadsmart for years but, this review is primarily about one broker. Francisco Ramirez is awesome! Communication is always steady & he is such a joy to work with and talk to. He always makes sure to reach out when he has something for the lane we run consistently. Other brokers usually give the run around with detentions, layovers, and stop-off charges, but Francisco usually gets it done super quickly! Definitely make sure to book with him.

I book a load pick it up arrived at the delivery. They are closed for the day because of a snow storm I have to wait till the next day that they open. And load smart wants to pay me 150 dollars for standing parked because i can’t offload 33 hours parked I show up on time ready and they want to pay me 150 dollars for waiting time

Been working with Loadsmart for couple of years, never had a problem with any loads I hauled. I work dedicated on some lanes, they keep my trucks busy, specially at this market they still pay far better than other brokers. Francisco Ramirez has helped me a lot, even changed appointment times when he can, to work my schedule. My Drivers never had any problems.
I would highly recommend him if you want one point of contact at Loadsmart.

Please do not waste your time with this Broker. They are the worst in many many areas... They're misleading, liars, it's hard to get in contact with them after booking your load...

One of the most solid brokers I have ever worked with. Decent paying loads and a very friendly staff. Any time we need help either booking a load or need assistance while we're on their load, Mahmoud makes sure he's always there to help and goes the extra mile to give us top notch services.
We need more brokerages like Loadsmart and more reps like Mahmoud.
Highly recommended
