The front desk was very rude, I had to wait for 10 minutes while I was the only customer there. Then handed me the wrong package and insisted that’s mine even none of the name or the tracking ID matched. I spent a lot of time persuading her to go back and find my actual package. And she took my ID with her - don’t know what she did with it in the back.
