Not all our furniture made it to our final destination and some was damaged. When confronted, they said to make a claim. We did and now they won't answer their phones.

I had Neat Moving and Storage move me from one apartment to another. Eric and Ramiro were the two guys that did the excellent work. The distance was not far but the items to be moved were heavy and the location they were from was on the 3rd floor. I was assured that it was not a problem, they had the tools needed. On the day of the move they were right. They had no issues moving any of my items. The whole move went without a hitch and we are very happy. We will be booking them again should we decide to move. Thanks again guys for taking the stress off of us. We could not have done this on our own.
