So, last Sunday, one of the driver was driving on the highway with no dirt cover and resulted my windshield cracking in multiple places.

When I called, Jackie took full responsibility and coordinated windshield replacement within the day and 4 days later, I have a new windshield.

What I am trying to say is this. Now this is a company who are accountable and values integrity. Jackie upon initial contact called the driver which I am 100% confident addressed the concern and took action. Thank you for being the company that you guys are!

I’ve never dealt with them as a customer but I was behind one of their trucks when a rock flew out and cracked my windshield. They were actually great to deal with and had my windshield fixed that week.

Never been a customer but yesterday one of their trucks threw a large rock into my Pilot's windsheild on Hwy 16 in Gig Harbor. The driver pulled over as soon as he saw my daughter flagging him down. He was very polite and apologetic, gave us the service managers name/number to call. We were directed to a autoglass shop in Tacoma, they said it needed to be replaced, as it wasn't repairable and they were able to get me in this morning. Less than 24hrs and I have a new windsheild. Thank you!

Although I am fairly new walrath has invited me to there team of drivers who has been very respectful as well offering advise when needed. their trucks are extremely clean and well taken care of by the service shop also adding a few brand new Pete's to the fleet communication with dispatch has been exceptional which is very important and to find the walrath family involved daily with the company even to the point of having them in the the trucks working along side us is in my eyes a valuable asset to the company and I personally thank everyone for the opportunity to jump aboard

Encountered a Walrath double dump truck today on I-5 just as we passed the 101 interchange heading north. Both dump beds were full of sand/ dirt and were uncovered at 60mph. Effectively sand blasting all the trailing vehicles. I will never use this company. Any company acting so irresponsible should go out of business.

Take the 5 mins and cover your load. IT'S THE LAW JACKASS!
