Very bad experience with this company. Booked a load with their logistics coordinator Valerie. She presented the load we agreed on the rate. We booked the load 11:30am and the pick up was by 3:30pm, my driver was 80 miles out and already rolling towards the pick up. They notified us hour after the load was booked and the driver dispatched. They covered the load with someone else and told me that the shipper will close earlier, they don't know when, but we can not load today. They did not sent any TONU they did not sent any compensation for my driver time and for the miles that he drove towards the pick up. They canceled the load after an hour.

My experience with Cameron White I covered a load that he also asked me to do at the price that he has for sure, in the end I reached a final price and after three hours they canceled the load saying that we can't load it .I'm sure they covered this load with another carrier sorry I have to do this but at the moment you don't deserve anything more!!! Avoid this Broker Company , Be careful with them, don't waste your time with them.
