Terrible service from a power tripping guy I can only describe as goofy looking and rude without a name tag. I mixed up some expensive items I was shipping and called to see if it was to late to fix it. They said I had four hours and gave me the number to the Post Master and said I had to ask him. I did and the post master said no problem and to have them call him back if they had any questions. So I called the store back and re-verified this was ok and told them I have 3 - 4 year old triplets I would have to load up. They said they understood and to come in. So I loaded them up and we made the drive. I get their and they tell me no that its a felony to allow me to swap my labels!? I ask them to call the Post Master and he said no its the law and he wasnt going to break the law or call him. So i asked them why did they have me call the Post Master and have me drive in after I repeatedly told them I had to bring my three 4yr olds with me and it wouldnt be easy? This guy didnt care he just wanted to impress his employees how powerful he is as they all stood around smiling at me.
Supposedly this was the owner of the store, which would explain why such an unprofessional was in charge of anything. So now I have to wait for one package to go to florida and get returned and another to ohio. 6 postage fees for the price of two and a couple extra weeks wait for the recipients of the items. Really frustrating situation when I could see my packages sitting right on the other side of the counter and couldnt swap the labels. Nightmare experience!

These guys really saved the day for me. I had lost the receipt they gave me for a return I was making and of course the return never made it to it's destination. These guys went above and beyond and took the time to find the receipt in their records. This was invaluable as I was able to track the pkg and resolve the issue.
