I have stored my stuff here for many months now. As soon as I needed something out of storage it was locked so I couldn't get to my stuff. I wasn't notified by text message or phone call about card not going through. When I found out I paid quickly and was told within the hour it would be unlocked. 2hrs of coco melon it was unfair to wait any longer with my 2 year old. I had to go. The next day it still wasn't unlocked. On the third day it was unlocked but it doesn't matter now. I'm in the road and won't get a chance till Christmas to get to my stuff.
