a delivery driver ran myself and partner off the road in edinburgh today at picardy place - he was in the lane to town then cut me up and went inside to leith walk lane at very last moment - this despite - no traffic behind me, his selfish actions could have killed me and my partner without evasive action - passenger laughed at me - when we tried to maneuver further to left - DXDelivery driver continued intimidating and forcing us off the road and actually looked like he would be prepared to crash his van into our car - all on dash cam. reported to the company, if i hear nothing - shall show footage to police scotland.

Not a great advert when it is on the side of the van being driven by an incompetent not fit to drive let enough be on the road. What we he thinking? 'Oh I must be invisible'? All on camera these days... (even on back of the van - hopefully DXDelivery have dash cam also like I do and give these 2 people P45. Driver and passenger can be replaced easily - 2 peoples life's cannot.

really poor service and communication. item was meant to be delivered on tuesday and organised someone to stay in for it and it didn’t show up. it never even left the depo in edinburgh never mind arrive in aberdeen. 3 days later on friday it finally showed up after being left on hold for ages and no communication about the fact that it wasn’t going to arrive on tuesday. 3 days late with 0
communication is ridiculous!

Absolute shambles of a company, not being bothered to look for address was the start of it, and ended up with 2 weeks worth of lies and mystery trying to have something delivered. After cancelling the order completely it then sat in there warehouse for weeks before being shipped back so I could get my money back. Never again!!

Incompentent.
Delivery meant to arrive on Monday so I make sure to be home on Monday (no time frame however so no idea when it may arrive).

They attempt delivery on the Friday before.. I am obviously not in since I had no idea they would try delivery and advise they will re-try delivery the "next working day" i.e Monday.

Fine, it was meant to arrive Monday anyway.

Monday comes and still nothing on the tracker, no indication when it might arrive. Stuck in the house waiting and finally decide to phone the depot to maybe find out even within a few hours of when it will arrive.

THE PACKAGE DIDNT EVEN GO OUT. They advised it will go out on Tuesday instead.

What? The one day they were suppose to deliver an expensive parcel. If I hadn't phoned I wouldn't even have known this was the case and would have been stuck at home waiting for a parcel that would never arrive.

No possible solutions offered. Just a "well that sucks, it'll go out tomorrow".

Completely incompetent. And no doubt will face no accountability for not being able to do their job.

Had an engagement ring I was told was attempted. However it wasn't, because I took day off to wait for this. No one came, no delivery attempt card was left either, the customer service is awful, I was told a redelivery will happen on the same, of course it didn't. I really wish I could give negative stars. Because this really ruined everything I had planned for my engagement. Completely ruined.

I must have been one of the lucky ones. I was expecting an urgent delivery of a tyre for my motorcycle, the one on it is punctured. Got the text through from DX the night before for delivery times and Gary was the driver. He turned up promptly, within 25minutes of the start of the 2hr window, despite us having quite a confusing address… So no probs

I will not be dealing with any companies who use this company for deliveries. This is the second time I have had to keep my business open after they stated a delivery time and didn't turn up. My delivery would be between 4:45-6:45pm. I stayed there to await parcel. Checked tracking. Doesn't change in 1.5hrs, shows my parcel is minutes away, 5:50pm, then updates to show my parcel has been rescheduled to next day. This is unsuitable as my customer is now not getting their car back on time. This has an impact on all my other customers as work booked will now be delayed and we have to work later. All because, they probably can't be bothered working to deliver on time. Disgraceful.

Absolutely hopeless! I wouldn't give them any star! I ordered plants which have now been in a box without water and light for 2 weeks. Delivery was scheduled and then forgotten in the warehouse. They promised re-delivery and it never arrived again. they asked to reschedule on their website, but there is no reschedule button! I still haven't gotten my order.

If you're planning on using them for your business: AVOID!!!!
