Utterly useless.
Parcels never arrived, no communications regarding parcels that apparently cannot be delivered; 'we missed you today's despite me being in. No driver calls to check they are at the correct address when they are on the 4th redelivery date. Not even an agent call.
No way for me to speak to a human in customer service.

DX in no way compare to the other big agents, either their driver can't be bothered driving out to my house, or they are going to the wrong place repeatedly. Yet no other agents Yodel/Evri/Amazon have issues finding us...

My parcel was tracked out for delivery as a signature was needed I had to wait at home on a day off. By the end of the day, delivery had not been attempted and the item was returned to the warehouse. No explanation or apology. I rebooked delivery for a week later on my day off again. Same story, by the end of the day no attempt to deliver, explanation or apology. DX Express, this is 2 wasted days. Crazy thing is that at one point the driver was only 5 minutes away. Please get your act together. If you run out of time to deliver then the least I expect is an explanation and priority redelivery. I will be seeking a refund for the goods from the merchant for non delivery. Hopefully they won’t use you again.

Our shipment started in Bristol at 16.55hrs on 2nd of Oct, arived at our door in East Lothian (Scotland) at 13:30hrs on the 3rd Oct, 20.5 hrs!! Brilliant. Five Star.

Disgraceful Company this is now the 2nd delivery in around 4 months from DX Express where they claim delivery was attempted. My wife and I have been in both times. My wife actually seen the van in the next street then a round 5 minutes later it was further away, so she actually predicted that the delivery was not gonna happen. Have tried to rearrange delivery lets see if it comes tomorrow.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! WORST COMPANY EVER.

Today I paid £150 for a driver to drive for 4 hours to deliver a sealed envelope with my passport in DX Edinburgh (authorized location). According to what it is stated by the US VISA instructions page third parties can do it on your behalf.

He got there and they refused to accept it saying it had to be me. Completely ignoring the instructions from the website!!

Now they said they will return the documents, I didn't get a tracking number and don't even know if I will ever receive my passport back!! Unbelievable!!!

My advice would be go there yourself and pick it up at the depot. Nearly missed my flight waiting on them. After withholding my passport for a week. Disgraceful.

Awful. DX Delivery have had my package for 3 weeks now with the driver apparently making several 'attempts' to deliver. I was at the property all day - no one turned up, no calling cards. Changed the address to somewhere closer, still no shows and no cards, nothing.

Speaking to live chat and I get no response from the agents, and when asking the urgent email they get back to me several days later saying 'its out for delivery today' with the same result - no one turns up, no one's there.

I'd be very careful with this depot as there are drivers telling lies and the service from DX Delivery is awful
