My mom had stuff that was scheduled to be delivered while I was away in Mexico. There was no one to help her unload a 20-ft trailer. I called Jonathan and he was very flexible with availability. The moving company that we used for the shipment did not give us a time for delivery until the day before. That meant that Jonathan had to move around his schedule in order to make it work. Not only did he move around his schedule but because I was in Mexico trying to deal with it long distance, he called the moving company and tried to organize for me. He got to my mom's as quickly as possible and unloaded the truck within the allotted time that the moving company had given us. Because of his hard work and him shifting his schedule, we did not have to pay the moving company anymore than we already had. He saved us a lot of money and made a very good impression! I would totally recommend him and his team and would use him again in the future if the need arises.

Not the best experience, not the worst either. The moving team worked hard and made up time but arrived an hour after the scheduled time. The final price was high and significantly higher than the quote and it wasn't transparent, but I was in a rush. The moving team was efficient. I just wish we had started on time and that the pricing was more fair and transparent.

They showed up on time with a convenient advance call that they were an their way. We watched as our precious "Granny's Electric Chair " was unloaded carefully. When they were inside our home they were quiet and efficient. They attempted to fit the recliner through the bedroom door and could not get it in. Expertly and knowledgeably, they detached the backrest from the base. After getting both parts inside, they reassembled the recliner and when we powered it up and it works perfectly. This chair is a family heirloom and will be moved again to another family members home when in need. We will definitely call Jonathan and his team to move it again. !!

10/10. I had movers no call no show the day of my move. I was frantically calling around to see if anyone had availability. Coast Movers put together a crew and made it happen. 2 member crew. It took 3 hours from start to finish to move my big items and leftover boxes we hadn’t done from the previous day. The team was great. Fast. Professional. Thank you guys for making it work. We would quite literally be stranded without you.
