This is the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. I ordered a studio bike from a big box retailer. I was called to a week prior to schedule delivery. The person on the phone confirmed a date and told me I would be contacted 24 hours prior to delivery to receive a four hour window. Four days prior I was left a voicemail letting me know delivery would be scheduled between 8:00-12:00 and to please call and confirm. I called three times with no answer. The morning of delivery I took off work without pay. I tried calling multiple times the day prior and still no answer. The morning of, I tried every extension on the teleprompter with no answer. I left two voicemails. Finally at 9:45 I received a call from Chris, letting me know that my item should be delivered between 9:00-1:00 but the driver would contact me before hand. I explained to Chris that I had tried calling and that more transparency would have made this easier, as I wouldn’t have to take off work without loosing as much pay. His response was, “So you would have left an hour earlier”. I planned on returning to work after the delivery. I hope this item is delivered, but I also hope I never have to deal with this inept company again. I will be contacting the retailer to express my concerns.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Ripped our brand new expensive mattress and then argued with us about it. Took forever to even get them to send it out to us. Also damaged our railing and wall in the process. Not very good if you can’t figure out how to do the one job you are paid to do.

This is the worst freight company I have ever experienced. I ordered furniture from a vendor in Texas, it took 2 weeks for it to arrive to Dalton Logistics warehouse and its sat there for 2 weeks with no word to me in regards to it being there, until I called and complained, even then they still took a week to make arrangements for a day to deliver it and flat refuse to understand that my husband is only able to be here at a certain time. With as much chaos as they have caused use they could at least try and make things right by working with us on delivery time, nope, they do not have any customer service skills and couldn’t care less about the customer. My husband is a truck driver and if he treated his customers like this there wouldn’t be a business. Chris at the Earth City facility is rude, and a liar. If I were companies looking for freight services I would stay away from this one unless you want a lot of unhappy customers. This place doesn’t operate under the customer is right or let’s make it right modo. The delightful person chris that called me just said if I cant be there then they will leave, Ive already made it perfectly clear when I will be here, unbelievable!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely awful, unprofessional company I have ever been with. No showed 3x then lied the last time saying they attempted to deliver and we were not home. I have spent 13 hours this week waiting on furniture from Bassett. To spend thousands on quality furniture and then to have this experience is awful. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Two guys came on time they called in advance, checked out the requirements how to get the old mattress out brought the new one up partial to the door took the old one out put the new one in we thank them and they were done 15-20 minutes tops. They did a very nice job.

I received a call as the truck was leaving and they arrived exactly on time. They quickly found the best and easiest way to bring the mattress into my house. They expanded by bed frame for me and were very gracious and respectful.

They were delightful young gentlemen. Both were fun and funny. I enjoyed them and the service they provided. I would highly recommend them and their company.

Great Company and Good Value! Delivery was made as scheduled and driver called ahead of time to let us know how far out they were! Damage Free and polite employees took extra care not to damage walls or floors and set up things without any hassles! Nice company to do business with for sure. (they made sure they asked me to look it over and we were happy and satisfied before they left!)

The was the second moving company I dealt with when having a mattress shipped & removed. The first company was horrible...very rude & abrupt. But these guys were who I dealt with the second time and they were fantastic! The person on the phone who scheduled the pick up was very friendly & accommodating, and the two guys who came to pick up the mattress were super friendly & efficient (very fast). They were a pleasure to deal with.
